The Founders
Million Crowns Music was started by two brothers who pooled everything they had to launch one artist, then turned that playbook into a label. One is a Los Angeles music executive who brings the industry, the rooms, and the creative standard. The other brings the investment model and the technology.
Kelson "Rawk" Miller
He had the relationships, and he spent them on the artists he believed in.
Rawk is a Los Angeles music executive who has been involved in the LA and Chicago scenes for years. He has worked with everyone from OZ ON THE TRACK, Donn Robb, and Grammy-winning producer CBMIX (Chris Barnett) to a range of international acts, and built a network of major studios, videographers, producers, and label executives across Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, and Houston. He founded Million Crowns Music, where he leads management and A&R, and is also the founder of Rawket House Creative.
This is what Rawk does. He opens his entire book for the artists he believes in. He brings them into major studios like the Record Plant in Los Angeles, the room behind Hotel California, Rumours, and The College Dropout, puts up the capital, brings the collaborations, and connects the cities, doing the work of an entire label team. Million Crowns is that playbook, built into a label.

Jodi Anderson Jr.
He has managed pop acts and built startups. Million Crowns brings both together.
Jodi co-founded Rézme, a venture-backed technology company, during his time at Stanford University, where he earned a BA in Political Economy and Development and an MA in Education, Policy and Technology, and worked at the Stanford Accelerator for Learning. He has also worked at Reddit and previously directed technological innovation at Cornell University.
In music, he worked at CreateSafe, where he served on the management team for Grimes, HANA, Take A Daytrip, BloodPop, and several other pop acts.
He brings the startup operating model to music: back artists early, build the systems around them, and use technology to grow their reach. He serves on the boards of Jobs for the Future's Center for AI & the Future of Work and the Howard University AI in Law Initiative. At Million Crowns he leads investment strategy, technology, and operations across the entire roster.
